Carlos Coloma, Olympic medallist in the Rio 2016 Olympic Games presents us with Camp Mountain Bike.

Sign up to get fully involved in the world of cycling. In addition to a complete day of training on the road in the surroundings of Mar de Pulpí, Carlos Coloma will deliver a talk about his experience and a technical presentation, in which he will reveal some of his techniques used in training and competitions.

The youngsters among our team can also get involved in the activities. We will be holding a friendly gymkhana where both adults and children can put their skills to the test on two wheels.

Fun, sport, health and breath-taking scenery will be on the agenda between 15th and 16th April in Mar de Pulpí.

DATES: 15th and 16th April

SATURDAY:

  • 9:30: Breakfast – Welcome with Carlos Coloma (sports bags will given out)
  • 11:00 – 13:00: Workshop on technique development led by Carlos Coloma.  Mechanical advice – Jorge Soto Carlos personal mechanic and official mechanic of the Primaflor team-Mondraker.
  • 11:00 – 13:00: Gymkhana for the children aged 6-13 years old (bicycle and helmet are obligatory)
  • 13:30: Lunch
  • 17:00 – 18:00: Talk “Chase in Rio” given by Carlos Coloma.  Account of the last 4 years of his sports career.  Screening of 3 videos of the “Chase in Rio”.  Q&A session with the participants
  • 18:30 – 19:30: Physical training and nutrition led by Jesús Hernández: Physical trainer of the Primaflor-Mondraker team and the Spanish Official Cycling Team.
  • 20:30: Dinner

SUNDAY

  • 8:00 – 9:00:  Breakfast
  • 10:00 – 13:00:  Out on the tracks with Carlos Coloma along a route he specifically designed.
  • 10:00 – 13:00: Gymkhana for the children aged 6-13 years old. (bicycle and helmet are obligatory)
  • 14:00: Award ceremony and closure
  • 14:30 : Lunch
